Come down off a hard days work and training with AryaSurya’s Warm Down Yoga.

This one-of-a-kind class is designed to calm the mind and body while going through a gentle series of Yoga postures and breath work.

Join Mala, assisted by Nick, every Wednesday at 8:30 PM for a relaxing 45 minute class. Bring a towel, water bottle and yoga mat (if possible). We look forward to seeing you in class.
